Roshni Arora
Principal & Founder
Roshni brings nearly two decades of experience working across the healthcare landscape, with a deep focus on government-sponsored programs including Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and services for the uninsured. She has led complex initiatives spanning the full program lifecycle—from policy design and implementation to operational oversight and organizational readiness. Her work is grounded in the belief that public healthcare systems should deliver more than just compliance—they should ensure members can access the care they need, providers can deliver that care without unnecessary barriers, and the system as a whole is held to a standard of quality that reflects its vital role in people’s lives.
Roshni's work spans Medicaid managed care, healthcare service delivery system transformation, and policy development, with a strong track record of stakeholder engagement and strategy execution.
